I noticed this beauty hanging around, hungry and cold, on Jan. 20th. and finally got him inside on the 25th. I can tell this cat belonged to someone because he is very affectionate and tame. A regular "lap" cat and litterbox trained. He's got a very thick white coat, black tail, a few large black spots and a few other distinguishing marks. I have pics but don't want to show them until I talk to owner.
